This was my second order of the Youtheory Advanced Collagen. I have been taking it for about 6 months. I do not take the full recommended dose of 6 pills because it is just too many pills in addition to the other vitamin supplements I take. I have been using this because I am 65 years old and have lost about 120 lbs in the past 3 or so years. Our skin is not as resilient at age 65 as it was at 40 or 30. I am pleased that to me it seems that I have regained some elasticity in the areas of my body that are droopy and saggy from the weight loss. The skin on my face and neck is firmer now and my hair is no longer falling out at an alarming rate. I recommend this product if you are having any of the same issues that I have been experiencing. The pills are somewhat larger than the average sized pill, but there is no side effects to them and they go down easy. I also think that they are helping in the daily energy level i have been maintaining, and when I wake up I feel fantastic and ready to face the day.

This product was okay! I liked it but it does require you to take 3 capsules I believe and they’re huge. I did not repurchase this product and opted for a different one that I like better. Good product just not my favorite.

I give 4 stars because I believe it’s a good quality product. Whether it really makes a difference is hard to tell. What I didn’t realize is that for my purpose, nail growth, the Marine Collagen is what I want. Marine Collagen is type I, which is made from fish skin and scale. It absorbs up to 1.5 times faster than bovine (cow) collagen (type III). Type I is primarily used to promote skin elasticity, reduce fine lines, and support hair and nail health. Normally these Collagen are abundantly present in the human body, but I read that taking supplements makes nails grow (12%) faster. Currently. I’m treading nail fungus and want increase nail growth.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I don't want to post any pictures of myself but this is the greatest collagen at an amazing price that you can afford and look your best. It has my skin not only glowing but its building collagen making my skin smoother and firmer and its been only 1 week into the bottle I've noticed changes. I take these vitamins on a empty stomach as soon as i get out of bed 1st thing in the morning. I have been getting so many compliments and attracting men LOL that fast. I also use other collagen serums and collagen eye cream and take a couple of other vitamins 7 days a week which helps speed up the results but i did notice a change in my skin first, then nails and hair. I haven't had collagen supplements for 4 years and i have noticed a change all over my body after being ill. I was so shocked when I saw the results already and read the reviews of other customers. They are not lying about these supplements they give real results. I only take 3 a day because its the recommended dose 3,000 mg. These collagen pills are better than the ones i use to buy at walmart now don't get wrong they are great but these pills gave faster results i never looked so better and i feel so great and to be looking how i want my skin to look. The taste gives a powder milk taste like baby milk. The texture is creamy if left on the tongue and gets a little sticky but no worries. It does help with digestion. Quality is great for the price and its worth buying. You will not be disappointed at all, more like satisfied and grateful for results. I don't know for anyone else but i got what i came for. I will continue to buy.

I’ve been taking this product for a little over three months now, and I’m very happy with the results thus far. While I originally began using collagen for hair growth support, I’ve noticed other unexpected benefits, such as reduced fine lines around my eyes and a softening of the deeper wrinkles around my mouth area. The only down side is that the recommended dosage is 6 tablets a day, that can be taken all at once or spread throughout the day. The affordability of the product certainly helps in this regard, especially as I have noticed an effectiveness of the product in the overall improvements to my appearance. I have experienced zero negative side effects while using this product. This excellent brand is a solid choice at an adorable price point for those considering taking collagen.

I like the product, but taking 6 capsules a day is too much, especially because the capsules are very large. It would be great if the formula could be concentrated into fewer capsules per serving. That would make it much more convenient and easier to take consistently.

Collagen is good, but if you have stomach issues, like acid reflux, than I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Let me say this, right out of the box, that it is a great product. I've been taking them for while now. I would like to say I'd noticed a dramatic difference like many of the reviewers, I'd noticed a huge difference while taking them as far as shape of my face and quality of my skin was concerned. This product actually made my nails healthier, though haven't seen much difference in hair growth, but than again you win some and loose some 😄. It has even faded sun spots on my face as well. Only other thing that's bit negative if any having to take six pills of it a day is a bummer, but love the product.

I'm just trying now. Hopefully there will be results.
