They form a tight suction. You have to have faith that they are doing the job, because lifting the lid from the edge immediately breaks the seal.There's nothing wrong with them, just hard to "love" a lid, but I do like them!I've only had them for a few days, so too soon to tell how well the hold-up.

Mark Q's wife here. I have only had a chance to use the small one but I was super impressed when I used it on the cat food bowl. Our cat is a picky, slow eater and it was so easy to put the cover on his bowl, put it in the fridge and skip messing with plastic wrap! Hated plastic wrap, putting it on, taking it off numerous times per day. The cover stayed put just like other reviewers stated. Once I get to using them more, I just may order another set!

Great gift idea. Arrived on time and in undamaged condition. I will be giving these to a friend for her birthday. We have some given to us as a gift so we are paying it forward. They work great to seal food dishes in the fridge. The package says they are oven safe but I don't know why I would do that, and I can't imagine that is correct. I assume it means safe for microwave ovens not baking ovens.

Great quality, excellent price. They are definitely keepers . There is a nice variety of sizes and they perform exactly as described . Using them in the microwave to prevent spatter and as a lid on pans for simmering as well as for a covering instead of plastic wrap makes me wish that I had bought some sooner.

I ordered these for my mom as a present and she loves them. They work just as they are supposed to. She really likes that they came in different sizes and colors.The only thing that disappointed me about them was when I received them, they were covered in white stuff which I believe was white mold. This was on the inside of the package. I took them out and soaked them in white vinegar then scrubbed them with Dawn dish soap. They washed up clean with nothing remaining. So other then the hassle of having to clean them prior to wrapping them, I would recommend them to anyone.

Colorful, useful lids provide the food and other items with much better coverage than a piece of plastic wrap. Nice that it can go in the microwave or oven (though I haven't tried it in the oven yet). Easy clean-up too.

Love these! I have several large bowls that didn't come with lids and these are great! I am also one of those people who hates bugs getting into my drinks so I love the little lid just as much as the bigger lids!

Wish they'd made these lids years ago (or did they and I didn't know). I have never been happy with wrapping plates in clingfilm to store any left over, but with these lids, I just put the right size onto the plate/bowl etc. and can even leave them in place to freeze and/or to reheat. Would not want to be without them now.

A bit expensive, but I like it.

Fantastic lids, so many uses on hob, in fridge. Very strong, use time and again, less struggle or unnecessary waste with cling film. Would like to see multi packs of the smaller sizes as well as this one.

Ne possiedo altri con i quali li ho confrontati. Comunque li consiglierei perchè il prezzo è adeguato e svolgono la loro funzione. Sono arrivati con un giorno di anticipo.
