My 6 year old grand daughter absolutely LOVED this outfit! It fit her perfectly and really was much better quality than I expected. The tail is all fabric, so not like a flipper. What is really cool is that it has snaps so she can walk around in it if she unsnaps it and pulls it up a little. I loved the little mermaid tail necklace that came with it but would have preferred the crown of flowers pictured with some of the styles instead of the plastic tiara. Still, I am number one grandma in my little mermaid's eyes!

The fit was great, she was so impressed with the extras, the tail, the tiara and the necklace. It was exactly what she wanted.

I bought this for my daughter and her cousin loved it so much, she made me promoie to buy one for her for her birthday<3. The 2nd was a great as the 1st.

Giving 3 stars due to description not being correct, ordered this model as the description said that it comes with snaps at the end of the tail, my daughter is too young for the monofin so won’t purchase just yet. Sent a message to the page and they responded saying that didn’t put the buttons due to being able to place the fin. I honestly bought this because it had the buttons, I saw some pictures in the reviews were they showed the same tail and size with buttons so not sure why ours doesn’t not have it. Other than that it’s a cute outfit.

I've read many negative reviews and I was expecting an ok product as I couldn't find much better in that price range.I was happily surprised. It was a gift to one of my daughters who is 5 years old and not super tall or big (not tiny either though!).She loved the tail. She found the crown a bit uncomfortable, but most of those plastic crowns are.The top is the one item we had (and still have) issues with. It's rather large, but it's not necessarily easy to cover her chest. I suppose it doesn't matter that much at that age, but there is quite a bit of wiggle room and well, I cannot figure out how to tie it right (I'm the Dad so maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I don't think so).The quality is quite fine, but it's truly made to last one season, 2 max, so don't expect to pass it down to a younger kid or reselling it later. It will be perfect for a summer, maybe two, but then you will likely have to toss it.Now, I wish you could see the smile on my daughter's face when everyone at the pool was saying: "Oh look! A real mermaid!"For that alone, it is assuredly worth 5 stars.

Ordered this for my daughter’s birthday and she loved it. It’s beautifully made. Very thick and stretchy Lycra/swimming costume material. The tail does not have an option to open up for the feet to come out, so would really only be used in a pool as it would not last otherwise. The necklace was a beautiful little bonus. My girl is on the small side and I will recommend you up a size. Came within the allocated timeframe. Would recommend this seller and product
