These lifting straps work perfectly for deadlifts, Romanian deadlifts, or really any pulling exercise with high reps where your grip starts giving out before your actual muscles do. They help a ton once your hands start getting fatigued and make heavier sets feel way more manageable. The cotton material feels really thick and sturdy and doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap at all. The wrist padding is also comfortable and helps keep the straps from digging into your wrists too much during heavier lifts. Overall they feel solid and well made for the price. Honestly I don’t think you need to spend extra money on more expensive brands because these work perfectly fine. There’s probably a reason these are one of the highest rated lifting straps on Amazon. They do exactly what they’re supposed to do and feel like really good quality without being overpriced.

I’ve been using the Harbinger Padded Cotton Lift Straps for my gym sessions, and they’ve made a huge difference in my workouts. Its also definitely the lifting straps that should be bought- if nothing more. Avoid the normal cottons! When you're really holding on for dear life and the lifting straps are eating they're pay. The straps will pull on your wrist. Which sucks when using normal cotton straps. The normal straps will dig into your skin at the time when your grip is failing. It got to the point where I cut my wrist by using normal straps. These don't. Today I was pumping out pyramid sets to failure and a few beyond (controlled assistance). The padding for the wrist makes using them to that degree possible for every set. Pushed to failure everytime. The pump I got from today's workout worth the cost. Example: Pushing to failure on the lat-pull down- my grip would fail me on tail of the second end. My third set would be nearly impossible to continue to failure. Pro 2: the strap is wider. It's also easier to grab on to with your fingers because of the width. Pro 3: Seems longer than normal cotton. Cons: knurls (the place that has built in grip or treads) in B-bells and D-Bells makes it hard to grip. The strap will slide around while trying to wrap around the bar or bell. The strap is made of cotton so it's not a big surprise. It's why I gave it a four star. Here's the bottom line: I would've spent the extra money for the strap that includes rubber insoles. I suspect they would be better for knurls in bars. I will be giving these away to get the ones with rubber built in. I'm far happier and much more comfortable with these wraps than the normal ones. Being able to get that pump faster and when I want it is worth the little bit of money. The Day After: Are my muscles sore? Yes. It hurts so good

The NeoTek wrist cushioning makes a noticeable difference compared to basic straps, especially during deadlifts, rows, and pull exercises where wrist pressure can become uncomfortable. The cotton straps feel durable and wrap securely around the bar without slipping. They helped reduce grip fatigue and allowed me to focus more on the lift itself instead of worrying about losing grip strength. I also liked that they were easy to adjust and didn’t dig into my wrists during workouts. The quality feels solid, and they seem built to last through regular gym use.

very nice! like other standard ankle straps you’d find at the gym. comfortable and portable, and easy to put on. if your gym only has one set of ankle straps, and you don’t like waiting for equipment, purchase these ankle strap attachments and bring them with you.

Excellent Lifting Straps! Improved pulldown, chin up and deadlift performance in about a month as it greatly improved grip on bars. You will obviously need to train your forearms if you use these, so they dont take over your lifts, but minimal grip needed to use. The highest ive trained with these is 250lbs, and so far noticed no tear fray or wear after a month of use. They fit great on my wrists and I let a friend with smaller wrists use it and he loved them too. Also they are thicker than I thought. 10/10 product for the price.

Love these straps! I use them at home and in the gym. They are very comfortable to wear. The size is perfect for me, long enough to double over and lift and not worry, but I am small, I've let my other half try with them and he hates them because they are too small. This has definately improved my lifts and given me more confidence to lift heavier too. Love that they are pink too! 💗
