Excellent Material & Construction. Bad Fit
Who knew getting a weightlifting belt was this hard. I've tried several different brands at this point. There is no consistency on sizing whatsoever. I've measured my belly several times and I follow the sizing charts. In the last case, it was radically too large. In this case, it's radically too small. Shame too because the overall construction of this belt is excellent. The material is tough and strong. I really like the buckle/strap lead (it's not a traditional buckle, you pull the strap through and use the velcro to attach it). The velcro is clean and strong. This would be a fantastic belt if it only fit right. So, I found it runs small. Your mileage may vary, of course, but I'd check it.

Sizing chart is off. I got a large since my waist is 36. The tail part that attached to secure the belt is too short. Waaay too short. Like when I tighten it down it connects for about 4 to 5 inches that is actually holding the belt together. Then when I loosen it I literally have to take then entire belt off cause there is no tail to attach to the belt for resting. So size up for sure on this belt. I wish I could get an xl. Really well made belt and solid product. Not sure why they wouldn't AT LEAST double the length of the tail.

Supports you and lets you stay tight through your core.
The media could not be loaded. I workout 6x a week and I wear this belt for every session. The ability to push out your belly against a belt gives you greater control over your whole body. This being a lightweight belt, unlike the heavy duty leather ones, can be worn for a long time without being uncomfortable. I do loosen it between sets and then re tighten before heavier lifts.Pros:- Functionality is big for me. This belt loosens and tightens very fast. Offers good support and I couldn't ask for more in that department.- Size is just right, I ordered a large and it fits perfect. I wear 36" waist pants even though this goes higher than your pants, that number should help you judge for yourself. This belt hits me right at belly bottom height and gives plenty to push against.Cons:- Velcro picks up crap and is hard to get out.- The little velcro logo thing is annoying. I always pull it off to loosen the belt. I will probably throw this away soon lol.Overall I would recommend this belt. I am biased to fabric based belts vs. Leather ones. I love the breathability of them and being able to wear it for the whole workout and not just the heavy lifts.

EL CINTURÓN ES PERFECTO
En mi caso estoy utilizando la talla M y me funciona de maravilla. Lo utilizo para levantamiento de pesas en el gimnasio y la verdad es que no he tenido ningún tipo de problema. Es muy cómodo y al mismo tiempo muy práctico. Se los recomiendo a lo que lo quieran comprar, la verdad que vale la pena :)
