It was okay
It had all the elements, but had to adjust so it fitted abd layer right. Could understand why some items were not attached together but separate. It did its job but too expensive for my liking for the quality.

I thought he looked fine!
Partner wore this to a fancy dress party with a nautical theme . He had some lovely comments but he says the arms were not ' puffy' enough and the pipe had to be bought separately !! I thought he looked fine !

Great Costume - I yam what I yam
You can’t talk too poorly about this costume. 1. Popeye is awesome 2. It’s 25$ for the costume, so expect cheap quality, I mean it is a costume that you will wear once a year, so don’t complain. 3. It fit well, I’m 6’1 190lbs. The hat was small but it dosent matter, I plopped in right on top anyway. 4. It’s supposed to look goofy so don’t be so harsh on yourself. 5. The arms were short and you might want to stuff it with something to get it plump, but you don’t have to. 6. Happy Halloween!
