Will this fit a 24/40 flask opening securly or do I need a rubber stopper?

What size filter paper does this funnel require?

The filter I purchased was a 60mm not a 100mm. The 60mm refers to the outside diameter of the funnel. I am using a fine screen which is 1.875 inch (47.6mm) in diameter rather than a standard filter paper. Assuming the wall thickness of the 100mm filter is not much different from that of the 60mm filter, you probably could use a 90mm diameter filter paper. If you are going to be using vacuum to filter ( I am not), the required diameter of filter paper only has to cover the holes in the bed of the filter rather than the entire inner diameter so perhaps 80mm diameter paper would do.

What is the capacity and id of the 120mm od model?

Is this food grade? I'm thinking of building a vacuum coffee maker with a this and a vacuum flask.

Well, it certainly seems to be lab grade, so if it leached into your experiment, that would be a problem. The porcelain should make it pretty inert, and certainly able to stand up to coffee brewing. FWIW, I use mine in the kitchen to make a tonic syrup, and it works great!
