Q: Is the "16oz. Ready to spray" the same as the "concentrate" ? So I can refill a sprayer with the gallon/32oz-- concentrate container

No the concentrate must be diluted you could use the same sprayer but you will have to figure out the ratio of concentrate to water per gallon then reduce according to size of container or mix up a gallon

Q: wondering if this can be made into the chicken mite treatment using spinosad? the chicken version is $129 bottle and I use 9ml

Unfortunately this product is not labelled for that use so I can’t recommend it. I can tell you that it is .5% spinosad consisting of a mixture of spinosad A and spinosad D

Q: Can this be used on leafy greens?

check the little booklet on the bottle. I've used it on eggplants peppers & tomatoes. I use it mostly on my citrus trees & day lilies with good results.
