Q: How does it get shipped? Pre assembled or does the buyer have to put it together?

Piano legs foot pedal and bench legs need to be assembled

We purchased our piano one year ago and have not had any issues with sticking keys...it has been a fantastic piano. My daughter has really enjoyed it.

Q: I seen a comment saying the pedals don't behave in a realistic piano manner, is this effect strong and noticable?

I have no problem with the pedals. They work just fine.
