I really like the size and sturdyness and design of this urn.The instructions said " It holds about a tablespoon of ashes". I would suggest purchasing a small funnel for filling. The urn comes in a sturdyblack velvet case. I would buy this item again.

As sad as I was to have to buy this, it was a very well made, attractive, petite vessel. This was for two girls whose father had passed away and each daughter wanted to keep some of his ashes. It served it's purpose perfectly.

Smaller than expected.

In a hilarious/tragic rushed order to keep some of my fathers ashes--well, ideally all of them- I ordered this, knowing he would have liked it. I had it sent to my sisters address who was dealing with the procedures following a loved one passing away and her response to receiving it was priceless. "Well, it's very nice, but did you mean for ALL of dad to go in it?" I failed to notice the small hand for measure in the photo holding the urn. It worked out in the end as I keep a small part of his ashes while planning to spread the rest. It's great quality for the price and I'm glad I got it.

I was not happy with this product. It was scratched, the quality is nothing like the picture and the fabric box it was stored in smells like it's been stored in a musty basement for 30 years.

A lot smaller than I figured, then was like, how much ash does a dead cat produce? I still don't know. The kind people at the clinic provided me with an adorable engraved wooden box for my cat's ashes. I really didn't need this at all, but I keep it on my desk at work as a reminder to people who pester me. :)

It's hard to judge the size while looking at the picture. But when it arrived I was very satisfied. It is about the size of your palm and has some nice weight to it.

They didn't mention that it's palm size 😒
