Works great in restoring healthy skin barrier it smells weird but it’s not bothersome the smell doesn’t last long good value it is a small bottle but you don’t need much. I like that it’s a pump style applicator definitely helped heal by super dry skin on my hand I usually only apply one time a day then use other lotion it’s oily for the first minute then it dries not to thick left hand before right hand after one use

This cream and its companion ointment are amazing. They were crucial in my treatment of lympharrhia. A protective barrier was created on healthy skin protecting it from weeping lymph fluid and avoiding maceration. Also helped moisturize my painfully dry skin when healing began. A little goes a long way.

This cream works well to calm my sebhorreic dermatitis along the sides of my nose. I apply it after I wash my face or shower, and while it doesn't last a long time, it definitely helps keep the dermatitis from getting super angry red and itching/burning. I'm not fond of the smell - it smells like a bandaid. I call it my bandaid cream because that's what it reminds me of, but it's a sterile medicinal smell. I think the price is a bit ridiculous for the larger bottles but I bought this small 50g container to test and see if the cream works. The consistency is good, it's not super greasy and it's not heavy either, it's very thin and moisturizes well. The applicator could be smaller.

seems to soften the skin initially very much, but doesn't provide lasting moisturizing. I wake up with wrinkly skin on my face. I'm going to mix this with something else, it's got good potential.

This works great for contact dermatitis! Only thing I have found that actually works. Nongreasy. Absorbs very good. Very thin texture. Quality is on point. Better than hydrocortisone!

Did absolutely nothing to help eczema and now can’t return. Not worth buying.

Unlike heavier ointments (such as its sibling product Epaderm Ointment), the cream sinks in without making your hands greasy or sticky, making it more practical for daytime use—at work, on commutes, even just sat at the desk. It doesn’t sting, doesn’t clog, and doesn’t add any fragrance to already irritated areas. Keep a tube in your bathroom, bag, car, or nightstand—wherever you may need a fast-acting, non-greasy defence against dry, tight, itchy or flaking skin. I’ve just ordered a second to keep in my glovebox—because if you’ve ever stood in a queue trying not to scratch the back of your hand off in the heat, you’ll know the value of quick, cooling relief. In short: Epaderm Cream is more than a moisturiser. It’s a skin barrier repairer, heat rash preventer, eczema soother, and blister blocker. Especially during warm months, for anyone with dyshidrosis, contact dermatitis, or dry, reactive skin—it’s worth its weight in calm.

I have eczema on the backs of my hands and between my fingers. After years of steroid cream use the skin is thin and looks awful. Spent a long time looking for a cream to replace the steroids and I think I have finally found it. Great moisturiser which leaves my skin soft and hydrated. I've left it a while to write a review and since using morning and evening I haven't had any flare ups or breaks in my skin which is fantastic. Very impressed, a little goes a long way and it absorbs into the skin well.

Perfect little tube for travelling — a small amount goes a long way. The cream is quite thick and leaves a bit of a shine on the face, but it’s extremely effective for calming any redness or dry patches. Works quickly and keeps skin hydrated for hours. A reliable skincare essential to keep in your bag.

Very good. I carnt wear any gloves when washing up and fairy liquid kills my hands so after washing up I use this on my hands straight away as ive got contact dermatitis and this really sooths my hands and keeps them hydrated. It so cheap its really worth it. I prefer to use this instead of my steroid creams. I only use the steroid cream when I have a nasty flair up which hasn't happened in a while because im using this cream to keep my hand from getting that bad. I'd recommend this to anyone its just the right size to keep in your handbag. I originally bought it for my face as I've got very sore skin on my face . Ive got something else from my doctors for my face so that why I use it for my hands.
