No instructions, no website.
The box arrived slightly crushed. Upon opening it there were the pieces for the hoop what looks like might be a really cheap jump rope, and a single sheet of paper saying thank you. On the paper are supposed scan codes to get two bonuses and ebook.none of the scan codes work, and the website listed on the paper does not exist. You get absolutely nothing to tell you how to use or assemble this product. Ease of assembly may be true, but ease of disassembly is stretching it. I literally hurt my thumb trying to push the buttons down far enough to get the clips to release. The claim that this is adjustable is also an exaggeration. I tried to use 6 pieces instead of all 8 to get a smaller circle, but the ends would get nowhere near being in line enough to connect. Don't fall for the sales pitches, and don't buy this substandard product.

Prior to purchasing this amazing and fun Hula Hoop, I had done a lot of reading and research about Hula Hoop workouts and benefits. I am so happy and have never had so much fun while getting a full body workout! It is easy to put together, the weighted hoop is great, and I have so much fun with it! I would absolutely recommend this to someone looking for a fun way to shed some weight.

It's nice
It's nice that it's padded, so it's comfortable to use. Mine did not weigh the 2.6 lbs that it is listed at. Weighed it several times, right around 2 lbs. But other then that, so far it's nice. The jump rope is very light duty.

Does the job
My only issue with it is that the hoop hurts my hip after I use it for a while. Otherwise the jump rope is nice and everything works

I still use it but it feels like it is too big around. If there is a smaller size that is what I should have got

Disappointing
Very lightweight unless you use it full size. I purchased this product because I wanted a weighted adjustable hoop. Useless.
