Watch phone sound cool but not though would be awesome but always to use

To start, the main reason I only gave this product 1 star is because I reached out by email to their customer service department twice to try and figure out how to get my text messages to show up on my smart watch, as the directions that were sent with the watch, as well as the one's you can download from their website, are very general, and never received any response back at all. Terrible customer service. They've lost a sale due to the lack of it. The watch itself is sharp looking, not too big to be cumbersome and for making and receiving calls, flawless. The watch also recognized my cell phone stored contacts when paired, with no issue. The main issue was not being able to pair and view stored text messages on the watch. It kept telling me to download the software BT notification, which I obviously did or else I wouldn't be able to pair and view my stored contacts. Ever since I downloaded this BT software, I continually get this error message on my phone which I hope is not damaging it's own software somehow, so I deleted it. This BK software obviously has flaws that need correcting so as far as a smart watch, I'll try another brand for now simply due to their complete lack of customer support.UPDATE: I wanted to add that Otium, the company that makes this watch and also the name listed within the URL listed in the instruction packet for those looking for support, is who I emailed and received no response twice.

The Watch is good, but the problem is it looses signal in too short a distance and secondly as it gets wet it stop working!

The watch looks nice but feel cheaply made. The instruction booklet is a joke because you need a magnifying glass to read it. I manage to pair my bluetooth headphone to work without the useless help of the instruction booklet. I can't listen to the watch FM radio through my wireless headphone. I was able to listen to the music on my micro SD card installed on the watch, but the music came out of my wireless headphone was terrible. After I listen to the music quality that came out from this watch I know I have to return it.

Unfortunately my Gear S watch was dead on arrival. I give 3 stars based on seller communicaiton, the design of the watch as well as the packaging.I received credit 2 weeks after I sent this watch back. I'm not sure what the delay was, but everything worked in the end.

these reviews are all hype and fake. Many of the reviewers admitted to be getting the product free in exchange for a review. Do not buy!!
