Installed this with extra RAM and an SSD hard drive and my computer is like new again. 8 hrs on avg of run time and works great when running the DAW rewording and editing live sessions on the go. I thought I was going to have to buy a new laptop, but now I am very happy with this one. Great fit and easy to install!

I bought this battery almost 9 months ago. It is a great battery and gave my laptop almost 5 hours life. I started having some charging issues after 9 months and wasn't sure what the cause.After contacting LQM, they immediately responded and asked me to try a couple of things. They were great step by step instructions. When the suggestions didn't resolve the problem, they sent me a new battery. I am so impressed with the support many months later.

Just swapped out the old battery. Everything turned on and worked properly. Can't speak to session or long term battery life yet. I will come back and update this review if there are issues.

It’s easy to install and works great as I expected.

I sent a message asking if this would fit my Dell Inspiron 15-7000 2 in 1 (7573)... the response I got was yes... that it should work.... It did !! I wasn't able to disassemble my laptop to compare my original battery with this replacement before I made the purchase. I had to get someone with IT experience to install it for me. He was able to do it in about 20 minutes. The new battery was not charged, so no way to test it on the install. I charged it for about 4 hours... turned my laptop on and it worked as it originally did !! Very happy customer ! If the battery fails any time soon, I will update this review... but for now its great !!

Originally I posted a great review but…I purchased this battery for my Dell Inspiron 13 5378 series 2-in-1 laptop on Nov 10, 2021 and the battery worked great but after 6 months.Now when I run it with a battery at 100% after a few minutes it will suddenly indicate low battery and shut off. After I restart the laptop with the power cord plugged in indicates that it needs 1.5hrs to fully charge but after a few min. it indicates a full charge.

I bought this battery for my Dell Inspiron 5570. I have been getting the error that my laptop is "plugged in, not charging" on and off for a while and Dell's diagnostics said my original battery (18 months old) is in poor health and recommended replacement. Happy to say this battery came charged at 78% and works in my laptop. It didn't solve my inconsistent charging issue but at least I know it's not the battery at fault. I'm getting 6+ hours of battery life again...amazing!Installation isn't too difficult. There are many videos online to help you. You will need a small Philips head screw driver to remove the back of your laptop.

Purchased this battery for the 2nd time (from this same merchant) to replace the Dell battery that originally came with my computers. Dell quoted me over $100 for their branded battery. I saved more than 50% with this purchase. I hired a technician to install although I probably could have done myself. We tested the battery and it was operating at 100% capacity, with 74% charge. Once plugged in, it charges up to 100%. Excellent buy! Highly recommend.
