Good For You
I use these sunflower seeds in smoothies and occasionally on salads. A delicious and healthy food. I store the seeds in the refrigerator and they stay fresh a long time thanks to the heavy duty bag they come in.

Fresh with a wonderful taste but very small seeds.
These are fresh & have a wonderful flavor. The seeds are so tiny. I have never seen a seed so small. If size is not an issue for you, I recommend these.

Flavorful.
These sunflower seeds are unlike any I have ever had. They are so flavorful, you can taste the oil when biting into them. Also, they are crisp and clean. We usually buy our nuts and seeds from the bulk bin at our local food cooperative, and while they are good quality, they do not compare to the quality of Terrasoul’s nuts and seeds.
