GU Energy Original Sports Nutrition Energy Gel, Chocolate Outrage, 24 Count Box

My husband really liked this GU Chocolate Outrage Energy Gel. It’s super easy to throw in a pocket and take on the go, and it gave him a good boost of energy when he needed it. He said it tastes like chocolate pudding and is actually really good. The consistency is a little thick, but it’s still really smooth and easy to eat. Overall, it tastes great, works well, and is a convenient option when you need some quick energy.

This flavor tastes like actual chocolate pudding, if not tastier. Takes about 30 seconds to consume but I personally like to savor it for a little longer as it is just so yummy. I have had other flavors from this brand too and they're all SO good. The ingredients are decent, although I wish it didn't have any added sugars. It's great to have like 15-30 minutes before a workout, or anytime during. It's easy on the stomach and contains nothing that causes any discomfort for me, and I have a sensitive stomach. I highly recommend this to anyone into fitness, especially fellow glycogen enjoyers.

Work great for long rucks to keep the energy up. Flavor is good, just make sure you have water to wash it down because it is thick. A must have for long distance movements if you want to stay sharp.

First time trying these gels & loved it. Great energy boost for my morning long run. I appreciate the small packaging which made it easy to take during my run. The flavor was very tasty & didn’t give me any stomach issues. I purchased the chocolate this time but looking forward to trying other flavors.

I sometimes will play tennis for three hours or more and themy energy will begin to dip. However when I take these energy gels, they give you that little bit of lift right when you need it, and they are delicious, to boot.

This gel seems to have the correct amount of caffeine for me. Can't speak for everyone but I have had a few caffeine gels that gave me a headache or put me in oxygen debt as soon as the going gets hard. I am ordering it the second time so it works for me.

This is my go to for fuel during a race! It does have a thick consistency so it is best used with water to help with that. It has a great chocolate flavor without that artificial flavor after taste. It’s so easy to use so it won’t slow you down on the go. The caffeine is just right if used as instructed. I recommend using during training runs to see what works best for you come race day. They are a great price compared to what I see at most expos. I recommend buying prior!
