Great camera
Where to start, I've had several camera's and I really like this one. The two things that really stand out are...1) touch screen. So much easier to use than small physical buttons. Think about it, the camera is likely behind the rear view mirror on the passenger side, you to have to lean over, reach across and press some small button. The touch screen is a little more forgiving in that, you can press on it, or partially press in the area of the "button" and it selects what you are trying to do. PLUS, the screen is huge!!! Touch screen is nice option.2) magnetic mounts. Who would have thought. when I first was looking at this I was like... magnetic to the window... uh.. no way. It's not really magnetic to the window. There is a 3M tape holding the basic bracket on, then the camera magnetically connects to the mount. I was skeptical thinking the magnet wouldn't be strong enough for bumpy roads and I was wrong. I also thought, who cares, you put it in place and forget about it, you won't take it down. again... wrong. It is super convenient when you want to look at settings, review a video to just grab the camera and put the camera in front of you where it is easy to look at and use, and then just put it back in place. The magnet grabs it from your hand LOL. I really like that feature.Ok, onto the other features. There are several features, motion detection, parking monitor, g-force settings, and a bunch of other settings. I wasn't expecting all of those. It has a great line up of features that are easily configurable. This is advertised as a 4K camera and it is, but only if you just use the front camera. Once you connect the rear camera, both front and back are downgraded to 1080p. That's not bad, but needed to call that out so it is clear, 4K front when using one camera, 1080p front and back when using front and rear camera.Their support is great, it is well packaged (I did an unboxing video), the video's are what you would expect, very clear. The phone app is really nice to. You cannot do all of the settings on the phone app and I hope they improve the app to do all of the settings. The video review on the app and download is easy and fast.it is nice that there is a dust cover on the side to cover the memory card and the power connection, but you have to leave it flopped open when power is connected. Nice idea for the cover, but just for the memory card, you don't need it over the power connection because it will be plugged in.It's a great camera and I recommend it.

RECOMMENDED - High Quality Front and Rear View Dash Camera
I installed the Lifechaser Dual Dash Cam 4K camera in my SUV almost a month ago (mid August 2020). The camera was very easy to install and set up. There are several setup options available. You can either keep the screen on all the time, or have it turn off once the car starts. There is a very small green light that flashes to let you know when the camera is recording. It starts recording as soon as the vehicle is turned on when using the 12V adapter (provided) is plugged in your vehicles outlet. There is an option to set the screen in split screen (view front and rear video) or single screen for either front or back video. Keep in mind that the screen is small and (for me) difficult to see details while driving, so I don't think it was designed to be kept on all the time. There is ample wire included to complete the task of hiding the wires along the top of my windshield and along the top of my side windows. I think the video quality is excellent. The camera picture/video is very stable during normal highway operation. You can download the free software onto your smartphone. The easy to use software establishes an internal wi-fi connection between your smartphone and camera so you can view/save/delete video or pictures that are stored on the Micro-SDXC card (not provided) in the camera. The video is on an auto-loop so I purchased a Sandisk Micro-SDXC 128GB card to make sure I would have ample space and would not overwrite old video that often. I have not used the motion detection or set up the rear camera to be used as a backup camera. I am happy with the basic functionality and quality of this camera and probably will not use those additional options. Bottom line, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this camera to others.Edit on 9/25/2020: I am still very pleased with this dash camera. I just purchased and installed a second unit in my other vehicle. No complaints. I still recommend this camera.

Model number LC31 has many good features, but complicated to use.
The media could not be loaded. Well, I haven't had this camera very long, but I can tell you what I don't like about it. It is model number LC31, for all those who are wondering. Is it easy to use? No, it's a little bit more complicated than my first dashcam. However, it does have more features, like speed detection, GPS coordinances, touch screen, and a rear camera. Video quality? Well, I can't tell if it's the reflection off my dash, the sunlight or what, but it seems to flicker in and out. You can see license plates numbers in daytime video if the car is maybe 2 car-lengths ahead of you. Easy to install? Yes, but I did not wire my rear camera to anything; I just routed it to the back windshield and taped it on with the provided double-sided tape. I also don't like the fact that the front camera is fixed, meaning it's base does not swivel or come off the windshield (yes, you tape that on, too, with the provided double-sided tape). So, how long before this tape melts in the heat? I will soon find out! If you use parking mode, you have to use the provided charger that plugs into your cigarette lighter (that's the only cord that comes in the box with which you install the camera; the short USB is for PC plug-in). I haven't used the provided charger yet; I've been using the USB cord from my old dashcam and it works just fine. PC plug-in - camera turns on, you select "mass storage," open Novatek folder, all video files are listed. Front camera videos end with an "A." Rear camera, "B." Granted, I haven't used many of the functions on this camera, but I am happy with my purchase. I just hope this camera lasts longer than 8 months. Check out the video it captured and see if you can see what I've seen!

Good product. Minor flaw.
This is my first dash cam product and it’s a great product. Front and rear camera produce excellent quality picture with good audio. Only one big flaw is the static sticker film. It isn’t meant for the slightest of cold weather and it immediately falls off of the front window with the camera. Very annoying.

Very good product
The dashcam can handle a 128gb memory card, I like that. Has good features; like motion detection, time lapse, collision sensor, etc. It is a good product.
