A really nice peice of furniture ... there was some damage to our sofa but is being rectified, good service from lovesofas so no complaints, Spoke too soon! Replacement came but that too had a fault now lovesofas have told me they will refund but will not accept anymore orders from my address... something about POLICY!! Why I need a replacement that they won't let me have so a week to Xmas and we've sort of come to an agreement that I'll keep the sofa till the new year 😝 Lovesofa is good if all is straight forward... but if not BEWARE.
