What is operating system MacOS

Apple regularly provides notifications for the owner to download the most up-to-date operating system available. In this case, it’s currently Mac iPadOS 13.3.

Will it work all over the world

Yes, this is wonderful thing about McIntosh/Apple - they made the "internals" to work anywhere. Europe and Asian countries work on different freq's, have to get a "Dual" sim card type phone when traveling; not so Apple.
