PZ27 Carburetor CG Vertical Motor 150cc 200cc ATV Carb Taotao Yamoto Dirt Bike

I suspected my old Carb was dirty and needed a good rebuild, so I went out on a limb and ordered this just to see if it was the carb. Put this bad boy on and ran like a champ! No more backfiring and even had more power. Don't let all these reviews saying it's not a Mikuni sway you from this. Because you are not buying a Mikuni so why would you even compare it to a Mikuni. For the price you just cant beat it. So if you are on the fence about this carb jump down off that fence install this carb and go ride!!Life is short take a ride.

Can't beat the price. There's nothing that comes with it to help you with adjustments, but you can find help on the Internet and YouTube. Also, I would take apart the carburetor before installing and clean it. Mine had clogged jets almost immediately. After reading some posts I discovered that some manufacturers ship these with the bowl filled with a gel to protect the carburetor during shipping. I believe the gel is "supposed" to melt out but those tiny ports plug pretty easily. And these things are a breeze to take apart and put back together.

It's a chinese carburetor. As such, the performance is not great. BUT, it does work, and you can use standard jets to adjust it.The slide is very smooth, and the needle clip retainer is actually better than factory. If you're looking for a performance upgrade over a Japanese carb, this won't impress, but if you're upgrading from a smaller Chinese carb, you'll probably be satisfied.I put this on a TRX200, and it is better than the trashed carb that it came with. If I were in the same situation, I think I would buy this same carb again unless I could find a used Mikuni for a similar price.

My sons Chinese 250 atv sat for 2 years and the factory carb was was all gummed up and the float bowl screws were made so you cant take them out! This carb was identical in every way! Bolted right on and started right up! Only tools needed was a screw driver and a 10mm wrench! oh and about 15 mins! I bought this and a $20 Chinese atv battery and with prime I had both in 2 days!

Works wayyy better than stock. I have a tao tao db27. It took a little bit to figure out how to adjust the fuel mixture screw(yes there is a mixture screw). I have mine set at 2 turns out from closed and its way more responsive than stock.

Cleaned the old one twice with no results, this one fit perfectly and idles like a champ!
