I was a bit skeptical at first because I purchased a different hand-held clothes steamer and it would spit hot water out if turned sideways. Then it broke later.This steamer I can tell is much better build quality and costs less than the previous one I bought. This steamer is easy to hold and delivers a heavy stream of steam. I love it. Only advice I have is do not use regular tap water as it creates hard water build up which is not good. Purchase a gallon of distilled water for less than a dollar and extend the life and performance of your steamer. Other than that you are good to go with confidence.

It's a travel steamer so I didn't expect it to work wonders, but this was pretty disappointing given that the reviews were decent. Tried to use it on my husband's suit but it didn't do anything - I could understand that because it's thicker fabric maybe. But I tried it on my super delicate outfit and it was still not really working. It took out some wrinkles but after a lot of difficulty. I think the steam is just too weak. Basically I wouldn't recommend it. I don't think it would work on fabrics that aren't super thin/delicate and even if it does, it takes multiple attempts to get anywhere. Not worth the time, effort, or money. I really wanted to like it!

Pros: Small and lightweight. Easy to pack and great for home use. We used this on our cruise to freshen up clothes after unpacking. I keep it on my closet shelf for quick de-wrinkling instead of pulling out the ironing board.Cons: The hole to add water is so small it is hard to fill without getting the whole thing wet. Not that big of an issue - just a little annoying. The water cup for filling doesn't fit in the bag with the unit for travel.

I like that the water compartment can be removed from the machine. So I can dry it separately and not just leave the whole thing out. This does the job! My family use it all the time now!I still travel with it....even tho I personally think it is a little bulky, but smaller than a lot of other similar sized steamers. Other ones had a very longer spout which can make packing harder.

Looking for a more safe and effective way to sanitize groceries and clothing, I found this steamer for a very good price. I was totally shocked on how fast it was delivered to my house especially the way most mail and packages have been slow to be received. Set up an l was easy and using it was just as easy. Heats up really quick. I was able to sanitize my groceries pretty quick and the number one benefit was no chemicals. Outstanding product and great value for the money.

I brought this for my sister who travels frequently and wanted a steamer that would work for taking wrinkles out of her clothes. The other steamers were too big and bulky to easily fit in her suitcase. She said this one fits perfectly in her suitcase and that it t works great. She said it takes a little bit of time to heat up but works great in getting the wrinkles our of her clothes. She said she is even considering getting one for her friend who also travels frequently.

I have been trying to find a portable steamer that heats up quickly and does not "spit" when using. I have gone through several hand held steamers that just when you think they're ready to use, they spurt out a bit of water onto the garment and effectively ruin you from wearing the item that day. This steamer does not do that at all, and you do not have to constantly refill it. It also heats up really quickly when you're in a hurry. Very happy with this product!

I bought this for my wife after she used a similar product at a hotel we stayed at recently. She has been very pleased with it and commented that it was light and easy to use. Fill with water, plug in, turn on and start steaming. I have used it twice myself and it has done an excellent job taking the wrinkles out of both a linen shirt and cotton dress pants.
