Disappointed
Starting a new diet plan, you want a cookbook that is motivating and enticing. No pics is just darn bland. I’m so annoyed I bought this book. I don’t even want to peruse the book.

Great for beginner
I was just starting to try keto for the first time. This book was great explaining it all to me plus it had some great recipes. I liked how they were smaller batches for two. I did not have a lot of leftovers. However, it says it uses easy ingredients that you would have. This was not true. I had to find and buy a lot of different stuff.

Overall Disappointed
The introduction to the book is informative, but the day plans and some recipes are confusing. There are some days in the meal plan that just list items with no recipe or portion info. I’ve made 3 recipes where the wording was inaccurate or did not tell me what to do with the ingredients. I’m extremely disappointed with the layout of it also. No pictures or index, you either have to thumb through the book or use the table of contents to get the recipes page number. It also doesn’t include sugar, or net carbs in the nutritional information. Overall I’m just confused and disappointed. Would not recommend for first time Keto cookbook.

Could be pictures
I was hoping there would be layman recipes. Instead there are so many random ingredients that you just don't have laying around the house, that most meals aren't manageable u less you're a full time cook

Could not really find any recipes that I liked. Found so many more down to earth recipes online

Ok book if you’re not sure what you’re doing, but for me, it would have been nice having breakfast lunch and dinner, with snack ideas.A bit disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend.

Don't bother
Couldn't have hated this book more. Content was very dull to read. I wouldn't recommend to anyone that doesn't want to waste 5 minutes of their life.

NOT FOR ME
i was looking for a simple cookbook with simple ingredients. This has receipes I would never make and products I would never eat. Probably an excellent book for someone that is looking for Asian receipes, sea bass, jambalaya, Indian cabbage etc.

Diet Time
The book gave a good explanation of ketosis, what it is, how to get there and what it does. The menu plans and recipes were helpful as well.
