I have purchased this product 10 times now. I like this product very much and I have tried all the competitors and its the best. Few issues other people might face is its crunchiness and sugar content. It has sugar content so please be aware of it if your sole aim is to lose weight and with regards to crunchiness it has lot of almonds and berries, if you are someone who doesn't like to chew much than you might not like it.How I use it - I usually eat with cold milk and honey, but I like more after mixing it with curd and add some honey and leave it in refrigerator, than garnishing it with banana and pomegranate.

Too sweet for something that is supposed to be healthy for you. For me they're so sweet I just can't eat them on there own. I have to add some plain millet flakes other wise I just can't eat them. It's a shame it is a nice combination buy again far too sweet..
