Waste of money, unfortunately!
I really want to leave a positive review for these headphones (adorable rose gold color that looks high quality); however, this is my second set that's busted. And for the price point of wired headphones, that's a lot of money wasted!Both sets (after a couple of uses) started randomly changing volume, from ear-piercing loud to complete mute. The audio quality in both ears is not equal and unreliable; sometimes coming through one side or the other. Even after restarting phone and checking headphone jack (unplug/replug), these headphones are not reliant and a WASTE of money!

UPDATE: NO LONGER WORKS
UpdateThey no longer work all of a sudden. At first they were amazing and the quality was nice, but now it says it's charging instead of playing audio. I didn't do anything to them and kept them safe. I thought it was my phone since it's a common thing for this to happen apparently, but I just used the headphone jack adapter and use a regular ones and it worked. I even connected these to my mom's phone and try to use it for the first time but it's the same thing.

Uncomfortable & Hard
These are too big and hard on the ears. I much prefer the silicone type like Max Rock... I wish they made with a USB-C connection.

Even for $20 one expects a decent pair of earbuds.
The product arrived on time. However, the build quality is not up to the mark. When I plug these into my phone or tablet or laptop, there is more sound in one earpiece than the other. So it feels like the sound is coming from the right side while using these. The pounch given is nice, the material quality is also good. However, these headphones floundered at the main thing they were supposed to do.

I did buy these pink head set and I liked them.. I'm not a paid person to give a good review I'm happy with this purchase.

Don't cancel anything
They're really cute but they don't cancel out much noise and if you have smaller ears they will not stay in. Also the bass is garbage. Very disappointed.

If you have money...
They WERE perfect until the connector stopped working after 2 months. Not worth having to buy a new pair every 2 months. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
