I have a 6 year old (almost 7) Dalmatian and I bought this collar on a whim at the pet store a few years ago. I tried it and it must not have seemed to work at first so I took it off and put it away in its original tin and forgot about it. While cleaning out the pet cabinet I found it and thought I'd give it a try again and it was AMAZING! I'm not sure why I took it off of her the first time but the second time I put it back on her the whining stopped, the need for constant attention stopped, the running to the front window and barking excessively every time the notification went off that someone was in the vacinity of the house stopped. It was like a totally different Dalmatian. It lasted for nearly 30 days but I'd say some of that had to do with taking it off and storing it for so long. I bought this 3 pack and put a new one on her when the other one seemed to stop working. The collar is easy to use and is adjustable to fit virtually any dog since it can be cut to fit. The 3 pack is a great value for the money (because I'm sure I paid a lot more at the pet store for one). It's a beautiful light purple color and smells wonderful! This collar will be on auto ship for sure. I will say, since a lot of people seem to say they aren't sure it's working, try taking it off and put it away for a bit and try it again. Or if you are using it on a puppy maybe the puppy is still too young since it releases pheromones. And I don't think getting it wet is a very good idea 🤦‍♀️

We have a super anxious Aussie and we were hopeful this would alleviate a little of his anxiety, but after wearing for a few days, there was absolutely no change. We ended up returning it. We have the same item for one our cats and it works amazingly well. Bummed this didn’t work for our Aussie. It was super easy to use-has a slight smell, but not off-putting.

Last year Katie age ten started making noises with her mouth. Slurping, licking her nose, constant noise when she was awake. She sits next to me or behind me on the sofa. I had to wear ear muffs all the time. I finally got her in to get her teeth cleaned in November. Her teeth were perfect before and after cleaning. She was driving me nuts. I was telling her "no". After a while she extended the licking to her whole body. She'd get in bed and start a bath. I read about OCD which says it exacerbates as the dog gets older. So last week, I gave in and got her a collar. And that was that. I slip it on when she starts her noises. She just is so relaxed. Right now she is on the sofa, not slurping, not wearing the collar, waiting to go out for the last at night outing. I'm so glad I got it.

This was recommended to me by my dog trainer. My 8 month old aussie is going through a huge fear stage. I got her this collar hoping it would work. So far its not working, but we will give it some time. I gave it 3 stars because it smells wonderful! Right now my puppy is so frantic and freaked out she isn't even interested in treats or food, so I don't think she is even paying attention to smells.

I have a very anxious two dogs. I'd like to start this by saying, I know ahead of time, this would not change their behavior 100%. Smell: Nice pleasant kind of baby powdery smell. Look: It looks like a plastic collar. Its not the most attractive thing, but they're not show dogs. Effective: This in combo with the treats calms them about 20%. I don't think that's terrible for an over the counter product. Fit: Easy to fit to the size you need, and to trim off the excess. Overall: I do have a subscription for these. I think 20% is good, and its worth using them. 4 stars only because I wish they were slightly more effective.

So I thought I would give this a try, it was recommended from a friend who had others tell her it helped with their dogs anxiety. Unfortunately within 1 day my dog started scratching and her face and eye became swollen. I have stopped using it and encourage others if your dog has had any skin issues to ask a professional about using this for their dog. I didn’t know this would happened. My dog had a skin small skin rash before, nothing that was severe. However I’m learning she has sensitive skin.. overall the scent was ok, the collar may work but it caused my dog issues ☹️

My dog startles easily. He's not anxious all the time, but he'll jump up and bark at the noisy truck going down the street, our front door opening, our neighbors' back door opening, etc. The collar doesn't completely stop the behavior, but it definitely lessens it. With it on, he ignores the more minor disturbances and is easier to distract from barking when the doorbell rings. It's impossible to say if it'll work in your situation, but I certainly recommend trying it before more drastic or expensive measures.

Did not work for separation anxiety at all. The collar has a terrible smell that permeated the house and made us have a runny nose. Disappointing item for us. I am glad other customers felt it worked for them.

We have been using Sentry calming collars for years as we found them to really be effective at calming our anxious miniature schnauzer and labrador at times of stress. They make the dogs smell really nice too !

The dollar seems to be helping reduce our rigs anxiety. She loves the smell. I’m scent sensitive do it’s a bit overwhelming at times. The 3 pack is a really good deal.
