I use this on popcorn so I can have a topping that is pure and doesn't set off my food allergies. This is a combo of ghee, avocado oil, and olive oil. Trying to get my cholesterol down so I got this to add to my popcorn. I love butter. There's really no replacement. This didn't really give me the butter taste I wanted but it helps the tasteless McButter buds stick. The bottle does a nice job of dispensing the oil.

I broke down and bought an air fryer a few months ago ( one purchase I am so happy I made) and you aren’t really supposed to use olive oil and those spray oils from the grocery stores make you feel like you are inhaling toxic chemicals, so bought a bunch of different types of these spray oils, also another good purchase. I have, avocado, grape seed, this one, and a few others. This has become my go to. I like the flavor a lot, especially on potatoes. Did I mention that I love having an air fryer. It makes me feel like an actual good cook.

A bit expensive than your regular oil but the butter flavor makes a difference on my air fried foods. Has a high smoke point so works well on my cast iron or even just before I sear my steaks via my searzall.

I really dislike PAM's artificial flavor and funky smell. This spray works wonderfully and tastes great. I'm so glad to have an alternative!

I was looking for an oil spray, and I researched almost all of them that were available on Prime. I went with this one, and I was very happy with my purchase. It definitely keeps your food from sticking in the pan, and it actually sprays really well! It sounds like a little jet engine. If you buy it, you'll see what I mean!
