A lovely illuminated moon inside a crystal ball - unfortunately my crystal ball was faulty
The platform lights up the ball really well. Unfortunately, the crystal ball supplied to me was faulty (only half a moon, other half of the ball was totally clear), so my ball is being returned to Amazon. Had the crystal ball been manufactured correctly, it would have looked amazing.I don't understand how it left the factory, given that it has to be manually placed in the recess of the gift box. Someone had to have handled it, so why didn't they notice that it was half-clear? It was so obviously faulty.I tried the ball on the platform to see if it was worth ordering a replacement. No point reordering the ball, if the platform is inadequate. It looked lovely all illuminated. I am intending to reorder the product.To summarise, a nice product, if you don't end up with a faulty one. I would recommend this item.This would have been a five star review, had the crystal ball arrived in perfect condition.

Ordering myself one now
Absolutely outstanding! Just got it and as it is a present thought I would check it out and make sure it was ok...not disappointed! 😁👍Yes there’s a certain angle required for the moon detail but in all honesty...for what you’re paying it is a beautiful present for anyone. Another thing to be aware of is that there isn’t all of those colours (still a few but not all of those advertised (white, green, red and blue) my personal favourite is the blue.This is still a fantastic globe to have the colours are bold enough to notice it in daylight yet would be comforting on the slow colour rotation at night. Hope this helps.P.s the box it comes it, top marks, sturdy and protective wood. 😁 love it and it’s not even for me.

surprised by the quality
I wasn't expecting such a good quality item for the price i paid!. Solid, heavy glass sphere with a half moon etching and a good quality wood, led base. Looks amazing when lit. The led is very bright. Already have friends that want one!

Great product
The globe looks really great, and the different settings with lights really makes the moon stand out. The product is exactly as described and its a really nice ornament especially when its lit up. Would defiantly recommend.

A little surprised!
I ordered this as christmas present having seen others online that cost considerably more money. It is absolutely gorgeous well worth the money. I wasn't sure about the lighting effects but they are nice too. I'm thinking of buying one for myself....

Image is of a reasonably high resolution, especially for the price point. The base is nice with no rough edges.
