Distilled and initially aged in Canada, before years of further ageing at WhistlePig farm in Vermont, this is, as owner Raj Bhakta puts it, 'a Canadian-US collaboration to the core'.
A nose of Allspice, orange peel, char, oak and caramel; followed by a sweet palate of caramel and vanilla. The finish is long with hints of warm butterscotch and caramel.
