Love this supplement!! I have been using this brand and supplement. For over 10 years and I swear by it. It works like the fountain of youth and I feel it's why my skin looks so great for 46. Everyone thinks I am still in my 30s and I feel it is because of this supplement the sunscreen I use every day and my foundation that also has sunscreen. We live in Arizona the skin cancer capital of the world and it's very dry here too so I feel this supplement helps counter act the elements. I have run out a few times, one time for a month, and I feel like my skin started to show it and once I bought it again and after a few weeks my skin looked and felt better again. So I will be using it forever. Its supposed to help with inflammation as well and help your body's cells regenerate. All I know is I feel it works and I am very happy with the NOW brand of supplements. I use a few different types from them as well such as coral calcium and B complex. I would definitely try this formula but like any supplement you should allow for 3 months taking it every day as recommended before you evaluate if it works or not for you and maybe keep a journal how your feeling and a picture of your skin. Once you have been taking for three months maybe stop for a week and record if you feel worse or notice a difference. That's how I have been able to tell if the supplements I am currently taking are actually working or not. If there is no difference thanI probably don't need it, but this and the coral calcium, when I stopped I noticed a negative difference in just a weeks time.
