Any one know where to buy batteries for these?

As far as I know the batteries are not replaceable. That said, if you can get to the batteries, you just need to find a part number on them and search for replacements. Most likely would need to send back to Sony.

Can you work out with these? Is sweating a problem?

They haven’t caused me any issues at the gym. They definitely get soggy if you’re pushing it hard but they haven’t stopped working and the ear pads haven’t deteriorated
