Yes, it quickly cures Loctite & Henkel light-cure adhesives, like 4306 Flashcure - But it's not a 10W lamp as advertised. It's maximum power is 6.66W.

Yes, made in China. I've had mine for several months. The flashlight is not very useful in daylight, but it works amazingly well in dim light/total darkness. I an very happy with the build-quality and luminescence.

Can you use a 18650 4000mAh battery?

Yes. All 18650 series batteries will work. That is, as long as the + end has the small button as opposed to being flat discs at both + and - . The model # is the key indicator of proper fit. All 18650's are of the same size. The mAh # simply indicates the length of time the battery will last. (milli-amp-hours) The larger this #, the better. A 4000 is a strong battery compared to a 2600.
