Best ashwagandha brand I've tried. I love that it has other ingredients besides ashwagandha root extract that also help calm the nerves. Two things I look for when purchasing ashwagandha are the KSM-66 variant and black pepper extract for max absorption which this product includes. I recommend to cycle this 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off if you are going to take this daily for the best benefits. Cannot recommend this brand enough.

I have taken this product off and on over several years. It always has a positive effect on me energy wise. I have not found another ashwagandha that gives me a noticeable difference although I have tried several others. I've quit experimenting and just stick with this product now.

I have so many things to say about this supplement, good and bad. To preface, I have adrenal pcos, so high cortisol (stress), high dhea-s (hormonal output), high androgens like just very terrible hormonal profile. After the first month of taking the supplement supplement I noticed I would wake up with more energy but not like 3 cups of caffeine like well rested and ready to start my day, I’d even work out first thing in the morning. I also noticed my appetite decreased a little, in a good way. I could eat slowly and more intuitively; not forcing myself to finish anything and stay full for HOURS (5.5 to be exact). I also wouldn’t be as so sore from workouts, and wouldn’t procrastinate as much. However, as I approached the second month I noticed a RANDOM breakout on my forehead, it wasn’t that bad but I never really get acne in my eyebrows? I knew it could cause that I was just hoping it didn’t happen to me. It also blunted my emotions like crazy! I wasn’t sad or mad just very emotionally flat. I didn’t really talk much but I didn’t really care considering all the other benefits. I was in the BEST shape of my life. Anyway, the acne was enough to make me stop, but 5 days or so after I did I experienced the worst 2 months of my life. My blood sugar went crazy and I never had an insulin resistance problem even with pcos. I was binging like crazyyyy. I was hungry every 2 hours no matter how much I ate. And couldn’t bring myself to workout, the acne didn’t go right away. Now officially 4.5 months later I developed these insane acne scars everywhere like little red/brown spots as well as terrible acne. My skin is the worst it’s ever been, my hair is falling out in CLUMPS (I love my hair). I’ve gained a lot of weight, and having cravings again. It’s not very fun. All in all, get your hormones checked before taking this especially if you’re a woman. But it can be the best thing in the world for some. I’ve been a supplement spree chasing something similar, it was almost perfect.

I have a huge drawer full of supplements that haven’t helped my anxiety. This is one that works. I have taken it for a few days in the morning without food. About two hours later, I feel a calmness just settle in. I feel myself exhaling completely and breathing deeper. Rather than rush everywhere, I can walk calmly and slowly. My mind stops racing. The effect lasts for about 8-10 hours.... enough to get through the work day. Can’t wait to see how I feel after a couple more weeks. Very grateful to have found this.

I’ve been taking this for over two years and I believe that this, coupled with age and experience, has helped me process through my days calmly- no matter what ish-storm is going on. There are a lot of other health benefits associated with this herb but the effects on my mood make part of my morning routine

I find this product nicely stimulating, to the point that I take extra holy basil with them to even the effect out. I would be careful taking these with other stimulating herbs, prescriptions, coffee, and the like. I've purchased this product several times, would recommend.
