First of all, I was a little skeptical as the price is slightly higher than most places, but the reviews were good and I've actually seen the name before on Lennon the bunny. I needed this fast as my order to another seller didn't ever show up. I've never been so grateful for an order not arriving in my life, as this hay is absolutely amazing! So fresh, you can smell it before even opening the box. Really lovely quality strands of hay and it was packaged with a lovely hand written note, too. My only regret is not finding you sooner! My buns are now incredibly happy. Well worth the extra few pounds! Thank you!!!

This is really nice, fresh smelling hay with lots of alfalfa! My pets love it and it lasts ages, so good value for money. I buy it as often as needed. My pets wouldn't be without it! Update 21/12/2022: Wow, what happened? I've bought this on 16 occasions. I usually get a box of fresh hay and lots of alfalfa. Today I received a plastic bag of dry, crispy hay and hardly any alfalfa. Hopefully this was a one off. I won't buy it again if this is what I now get.

The item I ordered was opened on arrival and didn’t have a label stating what hay it was. I contacted Small Pets Selected to let them know. I had a very quick response and after sending them a photo of the item, I was offered a the item I ordered to be sent out. I needed the item urgently so didn’t have time to wait. I explained this and I had my refund straight away. I will but from this company in the future because the quality of the hay was excellent regardless of it not being what I ordered. The service also and they really care about their customer. I wish all companies were like this. Very professional , great customer service and excellent quality.

Hay was fresh and good quality. But unfortunately had tiny brown mites inside the box. So im not able to use it for my indoor bunnies.

My bunny loved this extremely fresh and top quality Alfalfa hay. He refused to eat the previous brands like oxbow and I was having a hard time getting him to eat the necessary amount of hay. As soon as I introduced him to small pet select hay he devoured it in minutes. He absolutely loves it. Although pricey but the quality speaks for itself. I'll be purchasing it again for my little guy.

Heu ist sehr gut, beste Qualität bis jetzt gekauft habe. Nicht so grün wie ich dachte, aber richt sehr frisch und nicht staubig. Das Heu ist mit viel Blättern und lange Halme. Meine Chinchillas freuen sich sehr drauf.

I bought this for my little bunny and he absolutely loves it! He spends all day eating it. I purchased the large box and it comes with a lot of hay, which is great for the price.
