Sharknado?
I love the shark bite straps. I gave away a pair of Paria trekking poles to a fellow ultra runner after I got these. There was nothing wrong with the Paria poles, they're a great bargain and a perfect intro pole for folks new to going long but I found getting my hands in and out of the strap on them annoying. Not impossible, not hard, just annoying.With these you leave the straps on your hands and just unhook them. They open and fold about the same as any collapsible poles overall. I'm not 100% sure about the longevity of the 'pen click' type mechanism to lock them in and release them but we'll see. I've put about 50 miles on them without any issues.

Light and easy to use
Used them for the first time on a 25k trail run. After watching a few youtube vids on best way to use them. Made a huge difference on steep uphills, and negotiating rocky downhills. Was very happy to have them when my leg cramped up for a bit. I'm 6'1" 220lb, and never felt like they'd break or anything. Folded up easily to stow on my pack.

I use these poles for both "Nordic Walking" and more rugged trekking.
There is nothing that I dislike about these poles. They are light and strong. The adjustment range is perfect for me. I am 5'11". Typical Leki quality which is very good. Occasionally I have to adjust the locks but that is easy.

light weight and breaks down fast
I had never used trekking poles before, but they do help going up steep terrain by keeping you upright. Takes some of the weight off your legs and put it on your arms.

Regolabili??? e come si bloccano i vari inserti a meno di 130 cm???
forse sono arrivati difettosi i miei, ma non c'è nessun modo di bloccare gli inserti se non a 130 cm. di fatto non sono regolabili... a meno di 130 le varie parti si staccano e sono inutilizzabili...fatto il reso immediato

Überraschend Gut nur etwas Teuer
Da Ich schon mehrere Falt und Teleskopstöcke schon hatte Primär für Half uns Ultratrails und Wettkämpfe.Vom Fizan bis andere.Der Leki Micro Trail Vario hat einen abschreckenden Nachteil das ist der Preis.Also wer keine Ultra Wettkämpfe bestreitet oder der Hohe Preis egal ist sollte kann auch mit andere günstigere Stöcke gut Laufen wie die italienischen Fizan genau so leicht nur anderes System.Ich hab mir die LEKI`s zu gelegt weil es ein deutsches Produkt ist und ich im Ski Bereich auch zufrieden war.;-)
