As others have stated, doesn't 'latch' on and pops off. Meaning you need to hold it in place to charge, or rig up some sort of clamp or band to hold it. Buy something else, this won't work reliably.

The original one sent didn't work properly, but was replaced without issue. The replacement works just fine.Thanks

It advertises that it fits the Charge HR. It does fit into the HR but unfortunately will not stay connected. The only way I could get it to stay connected was to hang it at a particular angle and even then it was only just holding on.Don't waste your money here!

Doesn't fit correctly and always falls out. It does charge but its got to be held in perfectly to work... Only thing I have now since I lost my original Fitbit HR charger. Oh well..

Works great, received in about a week. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was I felt it was a bit pricey. I needed an extra charger at work as the new 2015 Fitbit Charge HR requires charging every 3-5 days, and sometimes I forget to charge it when I'm at home. Great extra charger for work - sitting at my desk working and not moving very much, is a great time for a quick charge. It takes about an hour to fully charge if my battery is super low.

cable didn't work but they at least were cool about the refund. poor quality.

Ummm... didn't click in like my original (which I lost:-() but it charged when I propped it in place. I think I should have gone to Best Buy honestly...
