Is compatible with geberit in-wall tank system #111.798 for 2x4 wall? please post diagram of bolt spacing.

It is compatible. Unfortunately I do not have a picture of the bolts. One thing, it is very difficult to find a replacement toilet seat for the Swiss Madison tank because of the unique oval shape. Go with american standard, toto or geberit toilet instead.
