I ordered this and just received it, it does not spin, is it supposed to?

Yes. It is supposed to spin and it works as described. Did you press the specific button for this function? There are several buttons - a 'fill' button which simulate the sound of water filling the washer, Eco Wash, Power, Start/Pause, Spin, Wash. We used it for pretend play in school and even put in a tiny garment and put it through the whole washing process. The kids are fascinated.

The physical product is not with me but in school. If you scroll down the page the information is all there. It says 10 X 7 X 6 inches. Should be correct because the machine looks and works pretty much the way it is being described. Hope this helps.

Does this have water between the "glass" likd thd dishwasher item?

No, there is no water at all and no inlet to fill the machine with water. When you press the button, it just creates the sound of water filling the machine like the real thing. So, that's pretty cool.
