The authors claims of having written the best execution book is hugely exaggerated. The overarching framework gives good ideas, but the structure within the chapters is confused and the content very thin and often incoherent. The topic is good, alternative books are rare. This book only partly fills the gap. Ok to read, but not much executable ideas how to do it better.
