Netgear do it again. Can’t fault their kit.Central to my home network, and works brilliantly. More configurable functions than i’m ever likely to use. Good user interface. Reliable and fast. I’ve never had need of the support provided with it, so can’t comment on that. But excellent bit of kit for home/small office environment. Hosts all my home entertainment, computing, and video security needs with its VLAN and QOS functionality with ease. Once finished configuring and testing I haven’t had to power cycle or mess with it again since

Full of features including QOS.VLANS are supported.Lots of ports on this model so I was able to plug in every bit of kit to the one unit.One quibble... If it loses power supply it forgets its password and goes back to a default password that bad guys can easily look up.Highly recommended.

This is a fair product with minimal configuration settings. However, there was no way to set up IPv6 and therefore this switch was useless to me. I ended up returning it and buying the Unifi Switch 24 (with which I am very pleased).
