Grandson Loves it.

Complete waste of time and money. I bought this phone for the call feature. After several attempts at customer service calls (first I was told to call back in 2 days after my SIM card was activated, then I was shifted to another customer service number, hung up in twice. Tried again days later, shifted to multiple “support” personal, and finally Amazon customer service told me that this product has bad reviews and major issues and they would be issuing me a refund. Now I’m on the hunt for a smart watch that will make a receive calls and video chat, that hopefully works this time. This was such a frustrating process!

The package arrived shortly after I ordered it. As soon as my son saw it, he loved it. The style is great (doesn't look cheap) and it fits great on his wrist (6 years old). We left it charging overnight and the following day we set it up. The calling function worked fine and it had cute pictures for each contact (mom, dad, grandparents, siblings, uncle and aunt, and 2 friends). When he called me, I heard him clearly on my phone, and he could hear me just as clear on the watch. I was really impressed with how good the calling function worked. It comes with a micro SD card where you can store music and pictures. He was surprised that it even brought one song (Let It Go - Frozen) so that he could test it right away. He enjoyed the music and camera functions and it had quite a variety of games. The one thing was that shortly after he played around with it to get to know how it worked, a message would pop up and the watch would freeze. We had to remove the battery and turn it on to reset it. We contacted Meritsoar right away and they were quick to respond. They apologized for the malfunction and immediately offered a refund and a replacement. I am waiting for the replacement and will update my review once I receive it. My son loved his watch so much my sister now wants to get my nieces 2 pink ones for themselves. It is a good product and I am giving it 5 stars for their excellent customer service.

My 2yo son was really interested in my watch recently so I figured I'd try and get him one for his own so he'd stop making phone calls from mine or changing the settings. I wanted something on the cheaper side that would basically be a touchscreen for his wrist as he likes pressing buttons. This one seemed like a good fit since it advertised some games amongst the clock feature. I didn't realize it was trying to also be a phone watch. It has the ability to support a SIM card which could be nice for an older child.My problem with this watch is the feel of it was cheap, the OS seemed outdated for current tech today, and it was slightly larger than I had expected (practically the size of my watch but a square instead of circle face). I suppose I knew what I was getting into, but I am still disappointed and will be returning this watch. I will look into smart watches with less features and nicer packages while remaining on the more inexpensive side.

Never having a kids smart watch before it was a little difficult to set up instructions need to be more complete. Still dont know how to change a.m. to p.m. and other than mom dad contact dont know if you can enter names on other eight or change picture from male to female. The insides are a little delicate so be careful when inserting the SIM card and memory card. Bought speedtalk card with it that also was a little difficult to set up they want your credit card information even for one month but after getting Sim setup and activated you can delete the monthly charge although I don't know why you would it's only $5 a month. Remember this is a 2G network. Outside is built Well strap has plenty of holes for small wrists. Phone is easy to use once you know how calls are clear and crisp my eight-year-old grandson has no problem using all the features and loves his watch. UPDATE 9/16/20 WATCH BAND BROKE WERE HOLES ARE UNDER NORMAL WEAR. LOOKING IN HOW TO FIX/RELPACE IT AND WILL LET YOU KNOW

It’s great for a watch for my 8-year-old but we wanted the calling feature. I purchased the recommended SIM card from SpeedTalk Mobile and installed it in the watch. It will not make or receive calls. No reception. It’s definitely not the SIM card because I put it in an old iPhone and it works flawlessly. Not sure why it won’t work on the watch.Another issue is the touch screen is like off center or something. For example, when typing in a phone number, the numbers on the left side of the screen are nearly impossible to press! It always thinks you are touching the middle number. Very frustrating. And scrolling through the menu almost always stops and brings up the dialing keypad. It’s hard to get it to scroll past. Again, very frustrating!!My son does like the games it has and it works fine as a watch. Rugged for active kids. That’s about all though.

We love the basic features of the is watch phone for younger kids. We just wanted a way to get in touch with the kids when running a minute late for school pick-up or for them to let us know what time to pick them up from a play date without having to solicit the friend's parents for help. We did not want texting or anything more than the very basic gaming features offered on this option. We have bought several of these watch phones over the years. Recently, one had a cracked screen from being placed at the bottom of a backpack. I contacted the company to see if it's possible to replace just the screen and they sent us an entirely new phone. Awesome customer service!

I bought two watches, one each for my nephew and niece’s birthdays (blue and pink). The blue watch could not charge so the battery would go dead in no time. The pink one worked fine so we tried the charging cable on the blue watch but it didn’t work either. It was a huge disappointment for my nephew because he eagerly waited for the watch to arrive, and when it did he was having his finals, so he had to wait till his exams were over before I could give it to him. He was so eagerly waiting to show it off to his friends in school but couldn’t as the watch kept going dead. For his sake (can’t disappoint a kid), I’ve placed another order for the same watch even before I’ve returned this one as he liked the advertised features, and I’m paying for international priority delivery this time with no compensation for that. I hope the first watch I received wasn’t a returned product, and I certainly hope this new one I bought is indeed brand new and is working well or someone’s gonna get real pissed!

見た目良くて購入しましたが納品後早速充電出来ませんでした。息子の誕生プレゼントでしたがガッカリさせてしまいました。問い合わせも返品もせず廃棄しました。
