Worth Every Penny
Organic foods used to be an expensive gimmick. I have researched the effects of pesticides and other chemicals in the food chain. I now consider organic grains indispensable to my diet. I love this hulled barley in soups and breakfast bowls with fruit.

Great flavor, fast shipping. Works great in a rice cooker brown rice setting. Full of fiber, I use it in salads and soups, or as a side.

Clean, fresh, flavorful
I ordered several grain products from Be Still Farms. All of them were of excellent quality. I will be buying my grains from them from now on. This barley was fabulous, cooked up well, chewy, tasty, and the right kind of fiber (barley has roughly the same ratio of soluble to insoluble fiber as oats, but the soluble fiber is in an even healthier form). Add some barley to your rotation, and buy it here from Be Still Farms!
