One of the chains looks welded over the screw and won’t come apart.

How do you put the charms on the bracelet?

It’s s bit hard for a little girl to do we found it difficult at first but we managed it you have to get an adult to pull the end off she loved it once we’ve got the end off we all had beautiful bracelets made for us

How do you unscrew end to put the charms? No matter how hard my dauhter and I try, its not budging
