Good alternative for a busy life than calorie counting
I did quite a bit of research before starting on a meal replacement diet as I always worried they were unhealthy. I’ve since found out that it can be a good way to lose weight and keep it off. 5 days in and I’ve lost 3lbs so far. I do feel hungry particularly in the afternoon but find keeping my fluids up helps. I love that I don’t have to think about calorie counting and can just get on with my day. Thoughts on flavours - love the chocolate and strawberry, like banana and not keen on vanilla which feels like I’m drinking baby formula. I’m trying the other set of flavours for my second week. I have lots of water between shakes and cups of tea which helps to keep my tummy fuller. I look forward to dinner all day and am fuller when I’ve eaten it than I would normally be when eating all my meals.

Lost 5kg first week
This was my first week using these shakes, was a bit sceptical but after stepping on the scales after a week was happily surprised that I had lost 5kg in a week. My fave is the strawberry flavour so far. Use them with water and with skimmed milk or oat milk. Also drink atleast 2l of water each day + 1 healthy meal a day. Have ordered again leta hope on loosing 5 more kg 😅

1st Time Tasting Weight Loss Shake !!
1st Time Trying the shakes !! The Flavours are really nice and taste like they should, They are sweet which is better for me.. I mix with Milk but they do get thick and lay heavy in your stomach.. So the feeling of full up is a must with a diet. This will stop you wanting to eat in between.. I drink water and it makes me feel even fuller. I’m taking these 4 Hours apart and having a meal at night with my family.. I use a shaker bottle to mix.. This does not taste of powder as you would expect. The more you shake it the thicker it gets. Just add more milk if it gets too thick..

Nicest shakes on the market
Product tasted great. Went on to the Shake that weight website super! Joined the Facebook group wonderful. Only trouble was my body decided against and went into starvation mode so after a week no weight lost 😞 back to counting those calories for me...

Best value for money
The shakes taste nice and they last until dinner time I take one in the mornings now and again but I will always purchase them

TASTES LOVELY AND WORKS!
Enjoyed all flavours. Kept me full and l didn't eat in-between meals. 2 shakes a day and a salad with chicken or similar for lunch.
