Great Budget Tablet!
I have purchased this Hazoo tablet twice, one for myself and one for a family member. Both came out of the box with enough juice to set up (easy setup) and was also able to download and install all the google apps that I needed. The most important app to me was the YouTubeTV app, and it installed and runs perfectly fine. So if you are like me and wanted to know if YTTV works, it does and there is no need for back door tricks. (Thanks to those who replied to my question about this right away) It was a deal-breaker if I was unable to get that app to run.The screen isn't the best, and often some images seem a bit blurry, but it's definitely not the worst either. The touch screen works with no problems, although I would recommend a screen protector because this one can get scratched quite easily. Sim card, MicroSD card, etc ports are located in the back and the tablet I bought came with 32GB installed inside out the box. So you can add more memory if need be. More than enough for me since it's really only a basic tablet that may run a limited number of low running games.Installing, and updating games is easy, and setting up is straight forward. Good size screen and runs apps well. The not so great. The battery life can run out quite quickly if you don't do some adjustments to your setting for both the tablet and the apps that run. Try to youtube how to get rid of bloatware and how to adjust the setting to apps so they are not constantly running in the background all the time and draining your battery. It doesn't take too long to recharge to full power from 1%.... (2HRs approx)The only main issue I had was the headphone jack port. It's for some reason a bit small and when you try to plug in a set of headphones, you have to carefully force it all the way since it only would go in 2/3 of the way. Eventually, the loosened the molding on mine and I have no issues. Again this was a risk that I took along with some frustration but got it to work.So if you're looking for a cheap but get the basic jobs done tablet, then I'd recommend this one. Also, the speakers are very LOUD! The system sounds will get you every time those chimes go off if you do not have the volume turned down enough.

nice tablet
I took this tablet as a birthday present for my wife. You can’t bet the price great gift for that business traveler. She is always traveling for work and needed to have a mobile connection device with her. I liked it because it has all the connection slots you need including the 3g network which is convenient for browsing when it doesn't have Wi-Fi available. She can also use as a phone. The screen is wide with high resolution and she can even see some films (thanks for large storage) to make time pass in the train. The sound feels great and has 3.5mm Headphone Jack. I've paired with a pair of Bluetooth headphones that are convenient for the train journey.

Surprisingly fast for the price...
I received my 10' Hoozo HZ0010W on time and it works. I was surprised to see that I received a 5G tablet. This is my first tablet and nothing in the Amazon ad indicated it was 5G. At the price (incredibly low) I was expecting no better than a 3G machine. The Users Guide that comes with the tablet is generic and has a tiny picture of three different models, all 3G. The print around these illustrations is too small to read, even with a magnifying glass - so not useful. Other than a sticker on the box that says 5G, I honestly don't know what my tablet is capable of. It does seem pretty fast... faster on the internet than my desktop computer. The manual (downloaded) is even less specific than the User's Guide. 'Hoozo' is not mentioned anywhere in the manual nor is there any product model, so I guess it's a generic document created for several different tablets. It does name the CPU as 'MT6580' based on Android 8.1. That will mean something to somebody. I bought the tablet to do a single function - to act as an interface between a new keyboard I have and the Chordana Play for Piano app. I know it will do that so I'm satisfied, but have no idea what ports or slots are available as I've not been able to get the two plastic port covers open to reveal what the tablet comes with. No instruction on how to open the covers. Theoretically, there's a SIM card and SD slots under these covers but I won't need them and haven't had the courage as yet to just pry them open for fear of breaking them. What's available to me is the charge port and the earphone port and that's all I need, so I'm satisfied. Others will want more information on the product they purchased, I suspect. I've can't comment on the battery life, as my tablet's seen limited use and I'm still on the first charge cycle. The manual says you need to go through three charge cycles to fully energize the battery. Most of the above criticism has been about the manuals and documentation that comes with the machine. The good news is that the machine itself works better than I expected. Fast and easy. If it lasts, I think I'm going to be very pleased with my purchase because it's much cheaper than the big name brand products. I gave it 4 stars because I haven't put it to a wide variety of uses. I'd give it 5 stars if the manual and documentation was more specific.
