Really looked forward to receiving this product but having only used it 4/5 occasions at maximum, I have encountered the frame to buckle and break and numerous velcro fasteners and elastic to break off as well as other issues. Really disappointed and am currently awaiting a response from the seller.

This product came damaged, asked for refund or replacement to receive a few of the damaged parts 3 weeks later by this time the gazebo had died a death, metal snapped in several places due to being very flimsy and cheap thin metal, still waiting for replacement or refund would NOT recommended anyone to buy this product. We needed this urgently for visiting purposes at a residential home so staff , residents and families very dissatisfied.

One of the retention buttons broke first push, seams are all over the place, can see light through stitching. Sent back as one guest and it would have ripped or folded. Really shabby quality.

Be warned if you dont want it or theres a problem you're sending it back to China £££££££££££
