Reach for it
Rebuilding from injury. But product is Durable, can I increase resistance by double or triple band. I’m tall and it is adequate to work with stretches sitting, standing and full stretches. Comes with web link with simple start up exercises. Quality built and durable. I put my latex PT bands away. Moving forward.
