Luidia Equil Smart Marker (46002428)

Works great for recording notes from the whiteboard. My only complaint so far is the cap cracking after a month of use. Totally which it was a more durable cap, but I understand I use it a lot. I've emailed support but haven't heard back for three days, which hasn't impressed me. I'm optimistic that they will resolve my issue.

Just too unfinished. Software is constantly crashing out and will NEVER get the correct board orientation and dimensions, even when I manually put them in!

Note: I did not purchase through Amazon... but was motivated to add this review to help others. I purchased the SmartMarker from Luidia directly on Jan 20th. The pen works pretty well when all the connections are solid. As the connection is Bluetooth, it is sometimes quite difficult to pair... through the phone works best, but through a laptop is almost impossible.The Equil Note program has NO web interface to share a stream (seriously? It's 2016, you have an awesome technology product and it requires a binary install?). You must download the native program and run it locally on a computer or phone to see a Stream. The Stream functionality works as you'd expect... but... when you SEND a Stream through the Equil Note app to someone else it takes over an hour for that notification to arrive, making the "real-time" concept of starting a Stream and sharing it to a number of participants almost completely useless. Yes... you can share the associated Stream number, but doesn't that add yet another delay and hassle to the entire process?Here's the worst part: SUPPORT DOES NOT RESPOND! 30 day money back guarantee for any reason? You need an RMA number from Support... but A. they don't answer the phone (which is really, really hard to find) and B. they don't answer emails. I even left a voicemail for the CEO Mr. CK Kim, because they simply never pick-up the phone nor respond. Next option for me will be to drive down to their headquarters in Belmont, CA and see if I can catch them on the way in to get my RMA number and return it personally. TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT BUY.
