Love love LOVE this! We are a house full of curl patterns ranging from 3b-4a. We go through A LOT of conditioner and this is affordable and the fact I can order a gallon is great. It’s a great base for deep conditioning as well and happy I found it for the summer to prepare for pool visits as well. Definitely keeping this in rotation. And the vanilla sugar bliss is such a gentle amazing scent. The slip is phenomenal by itself.

First off the amount of product you get for the price is crazy, because usually to get a shampoo and conditioner that work and smell this good you'd only get a small bottle. Buying like this definitely saves me a lot of money. The first shampoo conditioner set I bought was the Frizz freeze, my hair was soft, shiny and looked very healthy even though I had just bleached it. The best part was the smell, like something you would get at the salon, but not to perfumey, the scent would last a good 2 days. Now I'm using the moisturizing set in the apple pear scent. The smell of this one omg it's so crisp and fresh like you're in the kitchen cutting up the juicest fruit not at all a candy smell like some fruit scented products. I have very oily hair, so far none of these products have made my hair feel greasy or weighted down. I purchased the volumizing set for my mom, her hair looks fuller and again an amazing scent. She has COPD so a lot of fragrances both her, this hasn't so a huge plus. I haven't used the volumizing set so I can't comment on it other than what I know from her. Another really good thing I like about these products is not only the bang for your buck, but they are vegan as well as cruelty, sulfate, phosphate, and paraben free. I highly highly recommend giving Ginger Lily Farms a try they have so many more products other than shampoo and conditioner, I'm sold for life on them.

So this product appears to be rather high-variance: some people get a batch that's really thick, some people get a batch that's kinda thin. Some people say it's salon quality fantastic, some people say it makes their hair sticky and gross. I have really long, thick hair, and I have had a lot of not-so-great experiences with all-natural hair products that leave a waxy, sticky coating that's hard to brush through. But hey, I tried it anyway. I got one of the thinner batches, it's more or less on par with Suave or V05 for consistency. Whatever, no problem. It smells wonderful, five stars for the Island Tranquility scent. But I got the sticky hair. So I thought, yeah, but I also have a lot of minerals in my water, so I'm gonna try a vinegar rinse before conditioning next time, and see what happens. Washed my hair as usual. Diluted some white vinegar in a 4-cup Pyrex glass measurer. Let my hair soak in the solution maybe 3 minutes and rinsed it out. Used the conditioner. TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE! Wow, so yeah. I say it's worth getting, it's inexpensive for the amount you get and it's all-natural blah blah. Great, pats on the back for everyone. And if you try this product and get the sticky hair, try doing a weekly vinegar rinse for a whole 'nother experience. And if that's the case, then you needed to be doing a weekly vinegar rinse anyway, and your hair will thank you for it. Problem solved, money saved, happy hair day! I'll keep buying it.

The smell is nice and the amount of product is great That, unfortunately, is the end of the positives. I don’t usually leave reviews at all, but I had such a bad experience with this conditioner. First it was damaged in shipping and had to return to sender. Then when I finally got it and started using it, I thought I just finally damaged the heck out of my hair. It did NOTHING for tangles and knots. In fact, it made my hair feel WORSE. When I ran out I’d shampoo, I ended up getting a set with conditioner and started using that conditioner and I had zero problems. I finally ran out of that conditioner and decided to try this product again, since I’ve still got half a bottle. It is exactly the same as before. It made my hair feel worse than before I put it in. I had to steal some of my partner’s conditioner to get rid of the knots this one made. I tried finger combing it through (awful idea), scrunching it in, just plopping it on in sections. Every method leaves my hair feeling dry, knotty, and just straight up awful. Literally every other conditioner I’ve tried in between has worked as expected of a conditioner. Only this one gives me issues every time I give it a chance, which sucks because I still have more than half a gallon of it just sitting in my bathroom. I’d honestly rather just buy any other conditioner than keep using it until the bottle empties.

Decent conditioner, but I won't be buying the Eucalyptus version again. It feels like it doesn't moisturize as much as the shampoo counterpart strips away. At least with my hair I have to follow with a leave in conditioner otherwise my hair feels a little dry but easily gets tangled. As with the shampoo counterpart, this one does not have a eucalyptus smell. It smells great, just doesn't smell like eucalyptus to me.

Great product! We use this brand in our Airbnbs and the guest love it. I get compliments all the time. It is a great value for the money!
