I love salads and also appreciate the fact that they are beneficial for weight loss.......However, when it comes to salad dressings, I always end up with a great tasting but horrifically fattening one. The low-cal/no-cal dressings were always (to put it frankly) awful! Until now... These Simple Girl dressings have great flavor and 0 sugar, 0 carbs, 0 fat and 3 calories (that burn off by just walking to the refrigerator). They are so-o good, and while it might be tempting to just drink the dressings right out of the bottle, it is probably less barbaric to pour it on your salad instead. That is just my opinion, but I encourage you to try these. One word of caution - if you tend to pour half the bottle on your salad like I do, the calorie count will go up, but it is still negligible.

Very good! Helping with my diet. I even mixed one with other stuff to create a Chinese food sauce.

My experience was awful! The taste of all 4 dressings was extremely and I had an allergic reaction when I tried just a tablespoon.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose these because they are either 0 fat and carbs or very low which fit into my diet. They were recommended by my Dr. that is overseeing my diet. The ones I have tried so far are quite good. A little goes a long way with them. I will definitely be buying again
