First, I am opposed to people who get something new and immediately give a 5 star rating. Their reviews are worthless. Having said that, I will provide a follow-up review after adequate time has passed to do it properly. I am reviewing now because this experience is different from any before. I received this Kogain 2-pak of TN-760 Brother compatible cartridges a couple of days ago. I installed one today, 8/1/19 in my HL-L2395DW. It was very easy. The packaging was as good as any I've seen from OEM or otherwise. The two carts sere completely sealed in plastic bags inside a sturdy box and secured in the box with form fitting foam supports. Very professional. The package contains professionally printed (in proper English) instructions that are complete and to the point for even a person who never changed a cart before. The instructions refer to a plastic tool to remove the chip from the old cart so it can be placed in the new one. There is no tool nor is it necessary since the new cart comes with its own chip. (I kept the old cart with chip just in case). So far I have printed docs stored in my computer and docs scanned to the computer from the printer. All have been perfect. I could not be happier; especially since these TWO cost $25.88 vs. just ONE from Brother @ $74.98 or TWO from Brother @ $145.99. That is only 17.7% of the cost of a Brother 2-pak. More later in a few months.Nov 16, 2020. I'm sorry I forgot to update my review before now. This is an easy review. It has been 14½ months since my original purchase and review. My second cartridge is beginning to show signs of needing replacement so I have just ordered again. This carts have been perfect for my home printer and in my evaluation are at least 99.5% as good as the OEM from Brother. But don't forget these are approximately ⅙ of the price of two from Brother. Of all the compatible cartridges I have bought for various other Brother printers over the years, these are the best.8/22/2021. I am editing my previous review and changing from 5 to 3 stars. While I was very favorably impressed initially, after two years, I would not buy this again. The print grew progressively worse after about a year until I had to change the printer from normal to dark for print quality. The first cart lasted a long time as I just switched to the second one last week. I put up with pale print for a long time since I print primarily for myself. The second issue I have is when using the single sheet feeder, It frequently shows a paper jam when there is not one. This very annoying as the usual fix is to unplug the printer and start over. I feel a 3 star rating is fair since I did get pretty good service for a while, but it was certainly not as good as the OEM by Brother.June 27, 2026. Well. I'm back. I think I said I wouldn't buy Kogain again. Well, I did and I'm happy. I'm still using my Brother HL-L2395DW printer I bought nearly 10 years ago and it works fine. I did replace the drum and perhaps that caused some of my dissatisfaction a while back. All is good now. My current cartridge is just beginning to show signs of fading. But I've been using it for 7 months. I am getting no where near 3000 pages but let me share a trick of advertising they're using. They claim 3000 page (and here's the catch) with 5% coverage. OK. Let's do some math. A standard 8.5x11 sheet of paper is 93.5 sq inches. Five % of that is only 4.675 sq inches. If you allow a 1" margin on all 4 sides the typing surface is only 6.5x9 or 58.5 Sq inches. Five % = 2.925 Sq inches. Depending on your font size, a 6.5 inch long line of type equals about 2.5 sq inches. So, If you only put one line of type on an entire page, YES, you can get 3000 pages. Their advertising claim of 3000 pages may be true, but not realistic. In my case I'm pushing past 7 months still with acceptable darkness. BTW. I've changed my mind. I will continue to buy this product and I.m raising my rating back to 5 stars.

Cartridge printer toners are ridiculously expensive if you buy them in the stores. Even the knockoffs are hard to afford. A friend turned me on to these since he had used them with satisfaction( he's very hard to please). I immediately ordered them and they have proved to be just as good. If not better than theOfficial toners. We'll certainly be buying again

Great set of ink that I am using in my classroom. It’s compatible with my brother printer, a great value for the money and lasts a long time.

There was no problem installing this toner, although the Brother status monitor showed a ? above the toner level report (which seemed correct). From the beginning the printed output from this toner was more gray than black, but was marginally OK for casual work. After a few hundred pages, however, the right-hand side of printouts became very light - almost unreadable in some cases. I removed the toner, shook it a bit, and re-seated it. Doing so did not help at all. At the same time I examined the drum and it appeared fine. I then replaced this toner with authentic Brother toner and immediately saw a tremendous improvement - text is really back across the entire page. Please see image showing the comparison. In particular, notice the difference in the printer icon on the right side of the pages.Based on this performance I'll stick with original Brother toner for the time being, despite the higher cost!UPDATE: I'm raising my rating by one star because the seller offered (declined) to refund my purchase price for this toner. I've asked the seller if an improved version of this toner is available and, if so, if he could send me a sample to evaluate. If I receive an improved product I'll update this review.UPDATE: I received a replacement toner cartridge from the seller, and the printing is definitely better! After increasing the density adjustment to MAX, the print quality is closer to that obtained from the OEM toner (with a default density setting). I'm concerned that the print quality MAY degrade after I've printed a few hundred pages. IF IT DOES, I'll update this review. For now, it seem this toner provides good printing at a bargain price!

I took a chance. I bought a two pack and one worked one didn't. The one that has been working is awesome--pretty decent print quality. I am mostly printing e-textbooks for some classes--not anything for like professional projects so I can't attest to that--but truly works GREAT. I was bummed the other one wasn't recognized by my printer, but I contacted the seller and asked to switch out for a working one. Unfortunately he couldn't just swap out because there was a back log--so seller offered to refund my full purchase prince and I just return the defective one and still can use the one I've been using.Overall, even one working one was super affordable. The Brother cartridge is around $75 and seems to me that it runs out FAST. I've printed a LOT of text and not even half way done with the ink. Im very impressed and will definitely keep ordering.And I always believe a great business isn't one that is perfect but one that provides exceptional customer service when faced with an issue. I believe the seller really delivered here and that makes me confident to do business with them again AND to recommend them to others.I felt like I was taking a chance in the beginning---like--"Do these things really work?? They are sooooo less expensive than Brother!" And even though only one of them worked, I still got a great value on that one...and if you're thinking the same thing, I can attest they provide great service, so you really dont have anything to lose!

The toner was easy to install and it worked the first time without problems. Price was very reasonable.Purchased 2 toner which were supposed to be TN-360 like these and have never been able to install. Just a word of advice, if you get replacement toner/ink, immediately check that they will work so you can pursue a return, don't wait 3 months until you need them 'cause they may not work.These toner cartridges on the other hand worked great.

This replacement toner cartridge started printing poorly while the "meter" said it still had 50% left. Blacks were not black, just a medium to dark gray, and there were striations along the black part of the page. Replacement with a new toner fixed the issues, so I know it wasn't a drum problem or anything else. So despite it costing less money than a genuine Brother toner cartridge, it only lasted half as long. Thanks, but no thanks.

Print quality is good after +/- 150 pages printed and printer is still showing cartridge at "Full" level. These cartridges are double-packed in one box; quality of "the build" is acceptable (though slightly different from the Brother OEM). I will stick with this brand if the performance continues to meet expectations in our SOHO environment

I bought it for my brother printer . In terms of quality, the original T760.prints a little brighter. I'm okay with that. I can't tell about the longevity right now, time will tell. Overall, it's a good replacement for daily printing.

Just ordered this and was worried due to some review. However the print quality is great - no issues. I have only printed a couple items so far - I will update my review it anything changes. I am pleased.

I purchased two years ago. I was able to print 2000 pages with the first cartridge. Just installed the second. should last another two years. Will be buying it again.

Only one cartridge has ink, the other one is totally blank, printer will ask you enter the Toner even though its inside.Amazon is quick to connect with the seller who ask for photos, which was send 2 weeks ago but no response 🤔. Stay away from this company.Apart from that even I compare the ink quality with the Brother, its nowhere close, disappointed 😞. No wonder they are so cheap, you get what you paid for, lesson learned.
